Swallow Tail Tomme

Our Swallow Tail Tomme is an aged, raw-milk cheese made in small batches from the milk from our cows. The cheese is cave-aged for at least 60 days until it emerges with a delicious, fresh taste, ready for your cheese board.

Our camembert style cheese, Tom-Tom is like a bite of heaven. Its a short aged pasteurized style cheese that captures the creaminess of our Jersey milk.

 

Black capped cache

Inspired by the industrious and adorable, Black-capped Chickadees, who cache seeds around the farm to eat throughout the winter, we created our largest wheels yet. The Black Capped Cache preserves the goodness of our delicious fall milk to enjoy all winter.

A delicious mixed milk cheese, made with a blend of sheep and cow milk. Produced in late summer and early fall, its full of creamy, delicious flavor and aged at least 4 months. A perfect addition to any cheese board.
